- Serve as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert within areas of specialisation.
- Provide technical oversight and quality review of assignments and deliver learning interventions for clients and internal teams.
- Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of leading practices across the firm.
- Contribute to firm-wide strategy execution, profitability, operational excellence, and leadership succession initiatives.
- Support business continuity by collaborating across practice areas and assuming leadership responsibilities as required.
- Plan and deliver training programs, workshops, learning interventions, and stakeholder engagement sessions as requested by the company.

Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Management or related discipline.
- 10-15 years’ relevant experience in strategy, operating model, transformation, programme delivery or management consulting.
- Relevant professional certification in strategy, programme/project management or business transformation.
