strategic initiatives that strengthen supply chain transparency, enhance
supplier sustainability performance, and support compliance with evolving

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing
sustainable sourcing practices across global supply chains by partnering with
internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive positive environmental and social
impact.

- Collaborate with procurement category managers  and suppliers to improve sustainability performance across raw material supply chains, including circular economy initiatives (e.g. recycled content ) and due diligence approaches (e.g. certified materials )
- Lead global initiatives to map multi-tier supply chains until raw material origins, implement digital transparency solutions that enhance supply chain visibility and traceability
- Support compliance with emerging  sustainability regulations and requirements, including the  EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and EU Digital Product Passport
- Develop and drive  supplier engagement and capacity-building programs to strengthen sustainability capabilities throughout the supply network
- Manage participation in  industry sustainability initiatives and multi-stakehold er collaborations to advance responsible sourcing practices
- Prepare decision proposals, program updates , and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Contribute to internal and external sustainability reporting by providing relevant data, insights, and project outcomes, and support internal  IT projects to improve availability and quality of relevant sustainability data points

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

We are
seeking a proactive professional with a strong sustainability mindset,
excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex
projects in a global environment.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field ( must have )
- Minimum  3 years of professional experience in sustainability, responsible sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or raw material management ( must have )
- Proven experience in project management and collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment ( must have )
- Ability to  drive initiatives independently , manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic global organization ( must have )
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights (must have)
- Experience with sustainability regulations , due diligence requirements, and digital supply chain transparency platforms (preferred )
- Fluent English communication skills ; additional language skills are considered an advantage ( nice to have ) Please
