Experience: 8 -12 Years Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in ECE, Computer Science, or a related field Key Skills: WLAN (802.11), TCP/IP Networking, Test Automation, Python, Shell Scripting, CI/CD, Git, Validation & Quality Engineering.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Lead Wi-Fi validation activities to ensure product quality, performance, reliability, and interoperability.
- Define, implement, and drive best practices, processes, and strategies for Wi-Fi testing and validation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for Wi-Fi features and solutions.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, product management, and test teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex Wi-Fi issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution.
- Ensure Wi-Fi products meet functional, performance, stability, and interoperability requirements across diverse environments.
- Review product requirements and designs, providing technical guidance to improve test coverage and quality.
- Mentor and support engineering teams on validation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in test automation, validation frameworks, and quality processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality wireless products on schedule.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed :

- Strong
knowledge of WLAN standards (IEEE802.11family) and wireless networking concepts.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on
experience in test automation using Python and Shell scripting.
- Experience
with software release management, version control and CI/CD tools(e.g.,Git).
- Ability
to develop test strategies, test topologies, validation plans, and testcases.
- Experience
in defect tracking, root cause analysis and working with bug management tools.
- Strongproblem-solving,analytical,anddebuggingskillswithkeenattentiontodetail.
- Ability to review product designs and provide proactive feedback on testability and quality.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability
to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, customer facing and geographically
distributed teams.
