About the role

Your mission is simple to say and fun to deliver: every Mynt employee has the tools they need to do their job efficiently and securely. With Mynt scaling up both in number of employees and the markets we serve, this role is vital to ensure that we can grow smoothly and pain free.

As our IT & Workspace Manager , you'll own the everyday tech experience at Mynt, from the laptop a new hire unboxes on day one to the access they have, the software they use and the meeting room where they pitch their next big idea. And because we're a regulated financial institution, you'll do it in close collaboration with our Information Security Manager, making sure great user experience and strong security go hand in hand.

At Mynt we have a high presence from our teams, and with customer events and internal workshops our workplace is vibrant and active. This puts high requirements on effective meeting spaces with modern and efficient equipment, which you will procure and maintain.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll set the direction, make the calls and roll up your sleeves when something needs fixing.

What you'll do

- Own hardware procurement and setup of computers and phones, including endpoint management, across the company
- Own identity and access management, including our Google Workspace rights model and how access is granted, reviewed and removed
- Manage the full SaaS lifecycle: evaluating, onboarding, administering and offboarding tools, while keeping spend under control
- Work closely with our Information Security Manager to put security and compliance guidelines into practice
- Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth IT onboarding and offboarding, so new colleagues are productive from day one and leavers exit cleanly
- Elevate and maintain our meeting room technology to ensure seamless collaboration and hybrid meetings.
- Be the go-to person for internal IT support, and build the self-service and documentation that make support scale

Requirements

- Experience in IT operations, workplace IT or a similar role, ideally at a scaleup or tech company
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and endpoint management/MDM tools (for example Jamf, Kandji or Intune)
- Experience with identity and access management, such as SSO, SCIM and role-based access
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Bonus if you have experience from fintech or another regulated industry, or have worked with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 or DORA
