Healthcare Sales & Relationship Manager (m/f/d) – Indirect Markets, Western Balkans
Take commercial ownership of selected healthcare markets across the Western Balkans, with a focus on Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia. Working through strong, trusted relationships with our independent business partners, you will shape our market approach, identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
Your Tasks
- You will take ownership of selected Western Balkan markets, building a strong understanding of healthcare systems, market dynamics, customers, competition and growth opportunities.
- You will shape and execute the go-to-market strategy with independent business partners who sell and service our portfolio in their local markets, driving profitable growth and market share.
- You will build trusted relationships with business partners, key customers, decision-makers and opinion leaders across your markets.
- You will identify and drive business opportunities, working with our partners and internal experts to successfully position our medical technology portfolio.
- You will continuously assess the market and partner landscape, strengthen strategic partnerships and identify potential new partners where required.
- You will align internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective opportunity management in line with relevant commercial, contractual and compliance requirements.
Work Experience
- S everal years of experience in B2B sales, business development or partner/channel management, ideally in healthcare, medical technology or a related industry.
- Solid knowledge of the medtech market, and unique local challenges
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive profitable growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across partners, customers and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently across countries and cultures while adhering to the policies and processes of a publicly traded medical technology company in an international setting
- Fluent English and willingness to travel up to 50%; German and relevant regional languages are an advantage.
