Job Requirements
1. Adherence to Safety protocol, Ensure zero tolerance towards safety.
2. Supervise tower foundation, erection, stringing, and OPGW activities.
3. Monitor daily construction progress and achieve project milestones.
4. Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, survey teams, and stakeholders.
5. Resolve ROW, landowner, and local authority issues.
6. Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
7. Maintain construction records, DPRs, measurement sheets, and billing inputs.
8. Facilitate client inspections and ensure closure of observations.
9. Support material reconciliation and subcontractor management
Work Experience
- B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical with 8+ years in EHV transmission line projects (132 kV, 220 kV, 400 kV and above).
- Experience in foundation, tower erection, stringing, ROW management, and contractor handling.
