RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform oil and filter changes and other routine maintenance services

- Complete thorough multi-point vehicle inspections

- Use photos and videos to clearly document vehicle condition and recommended maintenance

- Inspect tires, brakes, fluids, filters, batteries, wipers, and other basic maintenance items

- Perform tire rotations and other approved express maintenance services

- Safely operate lifts, power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools

- Communicate vehicle concerns and inspection findings clearly with Service Advisors

- Work closely with other technicians and advisors to maintain an efficient workflow

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

- Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures

- Provide a high level of care for every guest vehicle

- Complete additional duties as assigned by service department leadership

REQUIREMENTS

- Interest in automotive maintenance and repair

- Willingness and ability to learn new technology, service procedures, and vehicle specifications

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

- Basic computer and technology skills

- Ability to safely operate shop equipment and electronic inspection tools

- High School Diploma or GED preferred

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods

- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Automotive experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and interested in building a career in the automotive industry.
