About this role

J.P. Morgan Asset Management seeks a  Client Advisor for the Northeast/Canada territory in the U.S. Offshore channel to provide field sales coverage to clients.  The Client Advisor will work with company's Wealth Management and Independent financial advisors to sell the range of Offshore mutual funds, UCIT’s ETF’s, separately managed accounts and alternative investments where J.P. Morgan Asset Management Investment capabilities are embedded. The Client Advisor will also be responsible for presenting J.P. Morgan Asset Management's value added services such as its Market Insight and Portfolio Insight programs. Our Sales teams help our clients build stronger portfolios, for institutions, intermediaries and individuals alike. Our clients face an infinite set of portfolio building challenges. Job Summary:

This Client Advisor will have the primary responsibility for creating and growing JPM market share across 4 areas: Offshore mutual funds, UCIT’s ETF’s, separately managed accounts and alternative investments. This Client Advisor will work to consultatively create, grow and retain market share by increasing assets under management. This Client Advisor will also be responsible for communicating JP Morgan thoughts on markets, retirement and portfolio construction though the Guide to the Markets and Portfolio Insights programs.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Innovation mindset — is on the lookout for better and faster ways of doing things

- Knowledge and understanding of wholesaling in an internal or external context is required

- Bachelor’s degree required, securities licenses preferred, Series 7 & 63 licenses.

- Fluency in another language (Spanish/Portuguese/Mandarin) is preferred.

- Organized and disciplined — is responsible for efficiently and effectively utilizing time, managing a calendar effectively as well as an expense budget

- Demonstrated professionalism-presence, communication style

- Proven ability to operate within J.P. Morgan values
