About this role
Description
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media programs for ASCS and its service lines in Europe and beyond. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven, analytical marketer with a proven track record of driving revenue through performance marketing across paid channels including search (Google, Microsoft), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit), display, and programmatic — specifically for a B2B logistics, SaaS, or supply chain services business targeting mid-market to enterprise-level clients.
In this role, you will develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies that drive mid-funnel awareness, qualified leads, and revenue growth for the ASCS portfolio across Europe. You will work at the intersection of brand and demand generation, building campaigns that tell the ASCS story at the portfolio level while driving measurable acquisition and adoption outcomes.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You will partner closely with sales, business intelligence, product, and external media partners to develop localized campaign strategies, navigate multi-market complexity, and ensure paid media investments align with broader go-to-market priorities. You will lead in environments that are fast-moving and ambiguous — balancing long-term channel strategy with the ability to execute tactical optimizations as ASCS scales internationally.
The ideal candidate fosters a creative team environment, invents new approaches to ad creative and targeting across markets and languages, builds robust A/B testing structures, dives deep into campaign performance data, and doubles down on what's performing.
Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel paid media strategies across search, social, display, and programmatic channels for ASCS's overarching brand and individual service lines in EU, delivering measurable business results.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multi-market paid media campaigns including directly launching, testing, and optimizing ad creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages across the funnel — adapting for local languages, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Own budget allocation and pacing across paid channels and geographies, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA) across markets.
- Lead audience strategy implementation to drive program efficiency and improve lead quality.
- Establish rigorous testing frameworks (A/B, incrementality, geo-lift) and optimization processes. Develop metrics and measurement to determine campaign effectiveness and true incremental impact across markets and service lines.
- Lead budget planning and forecasting for paid media initiatives. Actively communicate progress, financial health, and performance insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Drive continuous innovation in measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing across paid channels and international markets.
- Explore and scale emerging paid media opportunities including AI-powered ad formats, new platforms, and audience expansion strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Business Intelligence to align on growth initiatives and ensure paid media supports broader ASCS business objectives and service line go-to-market strategies.
- Manage relationships with external ad platform partners to maximize campaign performance across geographies, including localizing creative and adapting channel strategies for market-specific needs.
