About This Role:

As a Payroll Manager, you will oversee payroll operations within your assigned region, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery. This role is integral to our global payroll team and involves guiding team members, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders at all levels. You will be instrumental in driving process standardization, documentation, and compliance, while also managing performance and fostering the growth of your team. Your leadership will support seamless payroll execution, aligning with organizational goals and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. As a key player in our team, you will collaborate with various departments to optimize payroll processes and contribute to strategic projects that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What You’ll Do:

- Ensure payroll activities are performed timely and accurately for your assigned region.
- Manage workload and assign backups, overseeing seamless payroll execution.
- Drive issue resolution and manage escalations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Partner with Finance and HR affiliate leads, maintaining regular dialogue to discuss team activities and performance.
- Manage payroll vendor relationships to ensure best-in-class payroll and time-tracking execution.
- Own processes for the assigned region, driving process standardization and improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to ensure system readiness and optimization.
- Act as Project Manager for selected projects within your region.
- Provide support to team members, building trust and managing performance.
- Coach and motivate team members, fostering cross-team collaboration and monitoring wellbeing.
- Execute and drive projects and improvement initiatives as per leadership guidelines.

Required Skills:

- BSc/BA in HR, Finance, Business, or a relevant field; MS/MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Experience with payroll systems and vendor management.
- Ability to drive process improvement and standardization.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with HR and IT system integration.
- Experience in global payroll operations.
- Project management skills.

The base compensation range for this role is: zł166,000.00-zł228,250.00
