About this role

An opportunity to join the HR Management Information team, providing high-quality reporting, analytics and decision-support to HR Business Partners and business stakeholders across the UK firm.

The successful candidate will partner with HRBP teams, People Analytics and other areas of the People Function to deliver accurate recurring and ad hoc management information. The role requires the ability to understand business requirements, analyse HR data, identify meaningful insights and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

The role will be aligned to a designated business capability, enabling the successful candidate to build a strong understanding of its workforce priorities, reporting requirements and key people metrics.

This role is for you if you have the below
• 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in HR MI, people analytics, workforce reporting, business intelligence or a related reporting role. • Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Operations or a related discipline. • An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
Experience working with HR systems and workforce data sources such as SuccessFactors, Workday or equivalent HR platforms

Mandatory technical & functional skills
• Hands-on experience in HR MI, workforce reporting, people analytics or a comparable reporting environment. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, data manipulation and management reporting. • Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. • Experience using Power BI to develop or maintain dashboards and visual reports. • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate data into meaningful insights and commentary. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging business stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving capability. • Ability to manage recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests within agreed timelines.
Desirable skills
• Exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate. • Working knowledge of SQL, Alteryx or similar data preparation and analytics tools. • Understanding of SharePoint or other collaborative reporting environments. • Awareness of AI-enabled analytics tools, including Microsoft Copilot or agentic AI concepts. • Understanding of HR data, workforce measures, organisational structures and people-related terminology.
