About this role
An opportunity to join the HR Management Information team, providing advanced reporting, analytics and decision-support to HR Business Partners and senior business stakeholders across the UK firm.
The successful candidate will partner with HRBP teams, People Analytics and other areas of the People Function to deliver complex recurring and ad hoc management information solutions. The role requires the ability to interpret business challenges, analyse workforce data, generate actionable insights and influence stakeholder decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
The role will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhanced reporting, automation and continuous improvement while ensuring the delivery of high-quality management information.
Experience & Qualification
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR MI, People Analytics, workforce reporting, business intelligence or a related reporting role. • Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Operations or a related discipline. • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification would be advantageous. • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, senior stakeholders and leadership teams. • Demonstrated experience leading complex reporting requirements, analytics initiatives or reporting transformation activities.
Mandatory technical & functional skills
• Advanced experience in HR MI, workforce analytics, reporting and business intelligence. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, data modelling and analytical techniques. • Strong Power BI dashboard development and data visualization capabilities. • Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions. • Experience presenting analytics, trends and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities. • Proven experience managing competing priorities and leading complex deliverables.
Desirable skills
• Exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate. • Working knowledge of SQL, Alteryx or similar data preparation and analytics tools. • Understanding of SharePoint or other collaborative reporting environments. • Awareness of AI-enabled analytics tools, including Microsoft Copilot or agentic AI concepts. • Understanding of HR data, workforce measures, organisational structures and people-related terminology.
