## Our Team, Your Impact

The Associate Director, Commercial Data Platforms is responsible for the strategic management, governance, and continuous evolution of Teva's commercial master and reference data ecosystem. This role serves as a key leader within the Commercial Data & Digital Solutions organization, ensuring the integrity, quality, accessibility, and effective utilization of customer, healthcare organization (HCO), healthcare professional (HCP), and vendor data across the enterprise.

The Associate Director will lead the design, implementation, and operational excellence of Master Data Management (MDM) processes, standards, and technologies that support commercial analytics, customer engagement, sales operations, and business decision-making. Working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external data providers, this role will drive the development of scalable data solutions that establish a trusted, enterprise-wide source of truth.

In addition, the Associate Director will serve as the Product Owner for Teva's Customer and Account Master Data Products, defining product strategy, vision, roadmap, and adoption plans while ensuring alignment with evolving business priorities and digital transformation initiatives.

As the subject matter expert for Customer Master Data and Account Data Platforms, this individual will proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality, governance, integration, and business value through innovative technologies, strategic partnerships, and emerging capabilities, including AI-enabled solutions.

## How You’ll Spend Your Day

Strategy, Data Governance & Architecture

- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customer and Account Master Data capabilities supporting commercial objectives.
- Lead enhancement of Teva's commercial data ecosystem to deliver accurate, trusted, and business-ready data across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Analytics, and Digital platforms.
- Establish scalable MDM frameworks, governance standards, business rules, and data quality controls to ensure consistency, integrity, compliance, and a single source of truth.
- Drive integration of master data across CRM, analytics, reporting, digital engagement, and operational systems.
- Govern customer hierarchies, affiliations, account structures, and related business rules while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, data providers, and industry best practices to continuously improve data management capabilities and outcomes.
- Champion enterprise data governance and the adoption of data standards across business and technology teams.

Operational Leadership & Data Stewardship

- Lead master data operations, including stewardship, governance workflows, data quality monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide oversight of internal and external teams managing data standardization, match/merge processes, survivorship models, and cleansing activities.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure data quality, operational efficiency, adoption, and business value.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of master and reference data across commercial platforms.
- Govern Data Change Requests (DCRs), perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor project execution, manage risks and dependencies, communicate progress to leadership, and maintain operational and governance documentation.

Data Product Ownership

- Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and success metrics of Customer and Account Master Data Products.
- Define product value propositions, business outcomes, and adoption strategies.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to identify new use cases, capabilities, and investments that maximize value from data assets.
- Prioritize product backlogs and enhancements based on business impact, strategic priorities, and stakeholder needs.
- Establish governance and accountability models to ensure sustainable ownership and ongoing product success.

## Your Skills and Experience

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or a related discipline required.
- Master's degree or equivalent advanced professional experience preferred.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Commercial Analytics, Commercial Operations, or related data-focused functions within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
- Deep understanding of healthcare customer and account data, including HCO/HCP hierarchies, affiliations, and commercial data management processes.
- Proven expertise with leading healthcare and pharmaceutical data providers including IQVIA, Veeva, Definitive Healthcare, American Hospital Association (AHA), American Medical Association (AMA), and MedPro.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing enterprise MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or equivalent solutions.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, data stewardship, metadata management, and data lifecycle practices.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional data and technology initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.
- Experience developing and operationalizing data products, including roadmap management, stakeholder engagement, and value measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics capabilities to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influence skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and results orientation.
- Experience managing external vendors, service providers, and strategic partnerships.

## Also Good to Have

- Experience leading enterprise-wide Customer Master, Account Master, or Commercial Data Platform modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data ecosystems, data products, and modern data architecture principles.
- Experience within Agile product delivery environments and product ownership frameworks.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and intelligent data management solutions.
- Certification in Data Management, Data Governance, Agile Product Ownership, or related disciplines is a plus.

## Salary Range

The annual starting salary for this position is between $153,680 – 192,100 annually.  Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
