About this role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, document management and file support across our Legal Support team. Working closely with fee earners, Practice Assistants and Legal Support colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring matters are managed efficiently, deadlines are met, and exceptional service is delivered to both internal and external clients.
The Team
Our Legal Support team is at the heart of the business, providing essential operational and administrative support to legal professionals across the firm. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, the team helps deliver outstanding client service through effective document management, matter administration, event coordination and day-to-day business support.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous office-based administration experience within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Experience working with document management and/or case management systems.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach with a positive can-do attitude.
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities.
