The candidate will deliver scalable microservices using the Spring Boot framework, drive enterprise-wide adoption of DevOps and CI/CD frameworks, and spearhead platform modernization and strategic Enterprise AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Define and deliver solution architecture and end-to-end engineering for enterprise products using microservices and containerized environments (OpenShift/Kubernetes/ECS).
- Drive enterprise adoption of strategic AI initiatives and next-gen frameworks, including the rollout of developer copilots and the architectural design of Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools across platforms like DB Pitstop, Friday.ai, and Devin.
- Lead the platform modernization of Database Automation and Self-Service platforms (DB Pitstop, Autobahn, DBCTScan) by implementing modern tech stacks, adopting the ICG DS frontend framework, and ensuring operational reliability.
- Drive the product ownership, architecture, and service delivery of the LightSpeed platform, seamlessly integrating Autobahn, DBCTScan, and DB Pitstop components.
- Provide technical leadership for MongoDB self-service capabilities within DB Pitstop, replacing legacy complex query workflows with reusable, structured pipeline frameworks.
- Design and scale distributed scheduling and messaging capabilities across automation platforms leveraging Apache Kafka.
- Serve as Service Owner for development guardrails and security compliance across the platform ecosystem, driving adoption of Renovate, Sonar, Coin Tokenization, and Automated Testing Frameworks.
- Drive CI/CD automation and adoption across the SDLC using Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, and JIRA agile methodologies.
- Define product roadmaps for new features, balance technical debt with innovation, and drive high-velocity delivery.
- Champion industry best practices for secure coding, vulnerability management, automated testing, and comprehensive SDLC compliance.

Qualifications:

- 5–8 years of experience building scalable microservices and delivering end-to-end solution architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and Kubernetes/OpenShift/ECS.
- Proven experience in platform modernization, enterprise UI design systems (e.g., ICG DS), and distributed messaging/scheduling with Apache Kafka.
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (query optimization, pipeline framework design, self-service enablement) and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory) and security guardrails (SonarQube, Renovate, Tokenization, automated testing frameworks).
- Familiarity with Enterprise AI tools, code copilots, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and secure web/API protocols (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS).
- Proven track record in product ownership, driving technical direction, and collaborating across Agile teams using JIRA/Confluence.

Education:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
