We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student with data analytics profile to join the Material Scheduling team based in Nyon and support the continuous improvement of our material scheduling processes.
This role will provide hands-on experience in demand analysis, while working closely with various departments to support data-driven decision-making.
Duration: 6 months
Your Role at Haleon:
- You will play a crucial role in supporting our Zero Waste ambition by improving forecasting tool
- You will be part of the material scheduling / Performance Centric Team & attend Daily Direction Setting meeting
- You will work closely with cross functions such as Supply Planning Hub , Continuous improvement team & material scheduling team
- You will Improve the automation of forecasting tools for raw material, APIs, neutrals & printed components to minimize manual intervention (currently supported through Python-based processes)
- You will automate our Long-Term Capacity Planning process by translating demand requirements for the next five years into component-level requirements (new tool creation)
- You will develop a tool to compare component MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities) against finished product requirements and identify optimization opportunities
What we expect from you:
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Engineering).
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are proficient in Excel, data analysis tools and programming.
- You are detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- You are a good team player and have excellent communication, stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to facilitate alignment across functions.
- You are autonomous, curious, pragmatic and able to translate operational know-how into clear documentation.
