As part of a growing resiliency testing organization, you will play a key role in helping businesses strengthen preparedness, validate resiliency capabilities, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement through meaningful testing and simulation activities.
As a Vice President in the Resiliency Testing Utility, you will manage a portfolio of resiliency testing engagements and simulation activities. You will partner with stakeholders to intake requests, develop testing approaches, facilitate exercises, document outcomes, and track remediation efforts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business partners seeking guidance on simulations, tabletop exercises, and resiliency testing best practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of resiliency testing engagements across business services and strategic initiatives
- Lead planning, coordination, and facilitation of tabletop exercises and simulation activities
- Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, participants, and success criteria
- Develop realistic testing scenarios and facilitation materials
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on resiliency testing methodologies
- Document key observations, decisions, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate post-exercise reporting and remediation tracking activities
- Monitor testing schedules, milestones, and deliverables across assigned engagements
- Identify recurring themes and emerging risks across testing activities
- Build strong partnerships with resiliency, operations, technology, risk, and business teams
- Support continuous enhancement of testing frameworks, templates, and processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience planning and facilitating exercises, simulations, workshops, or strategic events
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and collaboration tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise resiliency or operational continuity programs
- Knowledge of third-party resiliency frameworks and supplier dependency management
- Experience developing executive-level presentation materials and reporting
- Familiarity with risk management, controls, and regulatory expectations
- Relevant resiliency, continuity, risk, or project management certifications
