BROAD FUNCTION / OBIETTIVI DELLA JOB
• Gestione dei dati anagrafici di Material Master in SAP e Paletti PMX
• Gestione delle BOM in SAP e degli elementi ad esse collegati
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordina le attivita relative alla gestione dei dati in SAP e parte dei settaggi di anagrafica in Paletti.
• Ha il ruolo di Material Master Local Data Steward e Quality Management data steward.
• Si occupa della creazione e della manutenzione dell'anagrafica dei codici prodotto e dei materiali utilizzati ed acquistati.
• Si occupa della creazione e manutenzione di risorse, recipes, production versions, BOMs di prodotti acquistati e fabbricati.
• Effettua il doppio controllo ove richiesto sui dati gestiti nel sistema SAP.
• Utilizza strumenti elettronici (es. DGIM/BLUE/PRECISELY) per la richiesta di modifica o di creazione dei dati gestiti.
• Può essere Power User di sistemi informatici.
• Ha contatti con altri reparti e le affiliate per lo svolgimento delle proprie attività.
• Può scrivere e/o rivedere le procedure operative di reparto e di modulo.
• Può collaborare con il supervisore nell'identificare e seguire progetti relativi al proprio settore.
• Può eseguire training al personale di reparto e/o esterno sulle materie di propria competenza e sull'utilizzo degli strumenti informatici.
• Supporta il Manufacturing Finance per le attività di Business Plan e SOX.
• Esegue le investigazioni dei local change control e svolge le attività ad esse connesse.
• Puo’ approvare tutte le BOM assicurando la correttezza e la tempestività delle anagrafiche e delle istruzioni di lavorazione per l’area packaging.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
€32,170 - €47,190
Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
