Purpose of the role

As a Medical Representative for the region Tallinn, Harju, Lääne-Viru & Ida-Viru Counties, you will implement approved marketing activity plans and provide professional information about Zentiva products and related disease areas to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists and nurses.

Your responsibilities

- Effectively promote Zentiva products by providing customers with approved product information in line with the SPC, Zentiva SOPs and applicable requirements.
- Conduct the defined number of customer visits per working day and contribute to achieving agreed demand targets.
- Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with assigned customers.
- Implement marketing activities defined by the Medical Representatives Lead and Marketing Head Estonia.
- Work collaboratively with the team, sharing knowledge and ideas with colleagues to contribute to strong team results.
- Represent Zentiva at medical exhibitions, presentations, meetings and other commercial events.
- Continuously gather information about the market environment and keep your direct manager informed about relevant developments.

What are we looking for?

Education: University or professional college degree; a background in medicine, pharmacy or biology is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience as a Medical Representative is preferred. We are also open to motivated candidates who would like to develop their career in pharmaceutical sales.

Languages: Excellent Estonian and good working knowledge of Russian and English for verbal communication.

IT skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Skills and competencies: Strong customer orientation, communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills, ability to build partnerships and work effectively as part of a team.

Personal qualities: Initiative, accountability, adaptability, resilience, continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence others.

Other requirements: Valid Category B driving licence .
