The Opportunity
As an Integrated Marketing Specialist, you’ll help turn Allegro’s technologies and market priorities into coordinated marketing programs that reach customers through Allegro’s channels and distribution partners. Working across product, sales, communications, and growth marketing teams, you’ll plan and execute campaigns, support product launches, develop partner marketing programs, and keep messaging and brand execution consistent. You’ll bring structure to complex projects, move work forward across teams, and use results to improve what we do next.
What You'll Do
Integrated Campaigns and Launches
- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs that support Allegro’s product launches, application priorities, and broader business goals.
- Bring together product, growth marketing, communications, web, and regional teams to align messaging, deliverables, timelines, and channels.
- Translate technical information into clear, compelling content for customers and partners, including web pages, emails, press materials, and social media.
- Coordinate launch and campaign activities across internal teams and external agencies, keeping projects on track from planning through execution.
- Track results, share insights with stakeholders, and identify ways to improve future programs.
Partner and Marketing Operations
- Develop and execute co-marketing programs with distribution partners to expand Allegro’s reach and support customer engagement.
- Serve as a marketing point of contact for partner initiatives, coordinating plans, content, and campaign execution with internal and external teams.
- Help maintain consistent messaging and brand presentation across partner and Allegro marketing channels.
- Manage Allegro’s internal brand store, including vendor coordination, inventory, and the employee experience.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing communications, campaign management, channel marketing, or a related field, preferably in a B2B or technology environment
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing marketing campaigns or product launches across multiple channels
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and move projects from conception to completion
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, audience-focused content
- A collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with product, communications, sales, digital, and external partners
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starter mindset
- Experience tracking and using campaign results and stakeholder feedback to assess performance and improve future programs
