RVA Property Managers is seeking an experienced sales professional who understands exterior cleaning, pest control, property maintenance, and related trades. This person will build customer relationships, assess service needs, prepare accurate pressure washing and cleaning proposals, and identify pest control and repair opportunities for the right service teams.

What Youll Do:

- Develop new business and grow existing accounts with property owners, managers, and commercial customers through outreach, site visits, referrals, and follow-up.

- Walk properties, clarify customer needs, measure or document scope, and prepare timely proposals for pressure washing and exterior cleaning services.

- With company training and approved pricing guidelines, gather information for pest control estimates and coordinate with qualified pest control personnel when a technical assessment or approval is needed.

- Identify wood repairs, structural concerns, and other maintenance needs; connect customers with the maintenance team for assessment, scope, and pricing.

- Explain service options clearly, handle objections, negotiate within approved parameters, and follow opportunities through closing and handoff.

- Maintain organized CRM records, quote details, follow-up dates, and sales forecasts; coordinate with operations to set realistic customer expectations.

Qualifications

What Youll Bring:

- At least 3 years of business development or outside sales experience in pressure washing, pest control, cleaning, property services, construction, or a related trade.

- Ability to assess customer needs on site, build trust, and develop accurate scopes and proposals using company processes.

- Comfort learning multiple service lines and recognizing when a technician, licensed specialist, or maintenance estimator should review a job.

- Strong organization, follow-through, written communication, and CRM skills.

- Experience selling to property managers or commercial accounts and identifying cross-service opportunities preferred.

- Driving Requirements

Must have a valid Virginia drivers license.

- Must have positive points on state driving record.

- Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.

- Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.

- All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.

- Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk properties, climb stairs, and navigate uneven outdoor surfaces, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Must be able to conduct site visits outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer or mobile device for extended periods.
