Job Title: Systems Test Engineer Job Description This role focuses on end-to-end system verification. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies and acting as a key quality champion and voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on system-level testing and validation of professional wireless microphone systems and related hardware
- Test transmitters, receivers, audio signal paths, DSP functionality, and overall product performance
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on real-world customer use cases
- Troubleshoot hardware, audio, wireless, and system-level issues and help identify root causes
- Perform range, interference, dropout, and overall wireless performance testing
- Evaluate audio performance, including frequency response, noise, signal-to-noise ratio, dynamic range, distortion, and latency
- Test microphone and audio functionality in both lab and real-world environments
- Validate networked audio and device connectivity, including Ethernet-based systems and AES67
- Document test results and identified issues and work closely with hardware, firmware, RF, and audio/DSP engineering teams
Qualifications:
- experience in hardware testing, system verification/validation, product testing, or a related engineering discipline
- Strong hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting electronic hardware and systems
- Experience with wireless products, transmitters/receivers, audio equipment, or similar electronic products is preferred
- Knowledge of audio testing, DSP, professional audio, or wireless microphone systems is a plus
- Experience developing test plans and troubleshooting complex system-level issues
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Wireless Communications, Music Technology, or a related field
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Masters degree in a relevant engineering or technology discipline is a plus.
- Experience in professional audio, wireless systems, RF electronics, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
- Direct experience with professional wireless audio systems and RF products is highly desirable.
Work Environment You will work in a professional engineering and lab environment focused on professional wireless audio systems, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary hardware, firmware, software, RF, and audio/DSP teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54.00 - $85.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
