About the Job:
As a Massage Therapist , you will work collaboratively with the primary care and interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient care and achieve optimum health in a clinical setting. Your therapeutic interventions will be instrumental in assisting patients in making lasting changes to improve their overall health and well-being.
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Benefits: Eligible for full company health and wellness benefits
- Annual Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Therapeutic Treatment: Provide in-office therapeutic massage, which may include soft tissue, facilitated stretching, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy , using modalities allowed by the State practice act guidelines.
- Patient Coaching: Assist patients in making lasting changes to improve their overall health using therapeutic interventions.
- Continuity of Care: Serve as a facilitator to ensure patients' continuity of care, acting as a conduit between the services of the health center, collaborating providers, and the community.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the primary care and interdisciplinary care team to provide holistic patient care.
What You’ll Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):
- Licensure & Education (Required): Completion of an accredited Massage Therapy program and a valid State License/Certification where required.
- Experience (Preferred): 2–3 years of Massage Therapy experience preferred.
- Core Skills: Must have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment .
