The Social Marketing team focuses on ensuring the right content reaches the right customer wherever they are on social. We connect customers to relevant products through engaging, timely, and contextually meaningful experiences. We continuously evolve how products are discovered by translating customer behavior, trends, and platform dynamics into content that feels native, personalized, and aligned to how customers shop today.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role owns end-to-end execution of paid social ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap, and YouTube — from creative assembly to launch — ensuring campaigns go live accurately, on time, and at a quality bar that drives measurable results. The right candidate brings a performance marketing mindset and strong creative judgment, with a clear understanding of how creative and product decisions directly impact ROAS, CTR, and downstream conversion.

Build and execute paid social ads across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap, and YouTube), assembling creative assets, configuring campaigns, and publishing ads in formats native to each platform and optimized for conversion.
Translate approved creative strategies into fully built ad units, including copy, imagery, product selections, and targeting parameters.
Manage delivery timelines and milestones for product marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns launch on schedule and meet defined performance metrics.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align marketing plans with launch schedules and team roadmaps.
Monitor, audit, and analyze campaign performance data, translating findings into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness.
Communicate progress, performance results, and initiative narratives clearly and on a consistent cadence to stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
- Experience in social content creation
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
