The Director, Strategic Growth & Commercial (f/m/d) Integration is responsible for accelerating the growth and commercial impact of Clinical Programs by connecting portfolio strategy, commercialization, and business execution across Cytiva. This leader drives the integration of Clinical Programs capabilities, including Fast Trak and GoSilico, into Cytiva’s commercial ecosystem, enabling stronger customer engagement, market adoption, and scalable growth. Through cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, governance, and commercial transformation initiatives, the role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes and positions Clinical Programs for continued expansion and future commercial leadership opportunities.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Clinical Programs Portfolio & Commercial Ops and is located in Marlborough, MA and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

- Own the commercial integration of Fast Trak and GoSilico into the Clinical Workflow Management model, defining engagement frameworks, qualification criteria, handoffs, governance, and standard work for the CWM team.
- Lead cross-functional alignment of Clinical Programs across Cytiva's commercial ecosystem, embedding Fast Trak and GoSilico into regional commercial routines, customer engagement models, GenMed positioning, and growth conversations, with a specific focus on China as a strategic growth market.
- Partner with regional commercial leaders to translate strategic priorities into demand-generation plans, opportunity development actions, and growth targets for Fast Trak services.
- Develop tools, messaging, training, and field enablement materials that strengthen the ability of commercial teams to position Clinical Programs offerings and advance customer opportunities.
- Serve as the primary global connection point across Fast Trak, GoSilico, CWM, regional commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, communicating strategy, performance, launch progress, and operational risks to executive audiences with clear recommendations and accountability for follow-through.
- Establish governance, business reviews, performance tracking, and strategic planning processes that improve funnel visibility, commercial conversion, capacity utilization, and launch execution, while identifying bottlenecks, regional gaps, and scalability barriers and driving countermeasures that strengthen forecast accuracy, resource allocation, and customer responsiveness.
- Lead the strategic growth and commercialization agenda for Clinical Programs together with Product Management, translating portfolio priorities into market assessments, business cases, value propositions, launch plans, adoption tracking, and commercial execution roadmaps.

Who you are:

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in process development services, global program leadership, or commercial operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading global cross-functional transformation, commercialization, integration, or operating model initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience developing go-to-market approaches, commercial playbooks, customer engagement frameworks, field enablement materials, governance models, and business performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, customer-facing program governance, and process development or related services.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive alignment across complex global organizations.
- Experience working across global regions and strategic growth markets, including China, and supporting commercial execution across multiple geographies.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 30%, including overnight travel, to support regional commercial alignment, business reviews, internal workshops, and customer-facing engagement as required.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $230,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
