Job Title: Systems Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Systems Engineer with expertise in risk and opportunity management, focusing on Systems Requirements and Architecture. In this role, you will manage the program risk management database and collaborate with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and program leads to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the program risk management database.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and program leads.
- Ensure the risk management database is current and accurate.
Essential Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM degrees.
- Experience managing risk and opportunity.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with DOORS.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Cameo.
- Familiarity with system design concepts and tradeoffs.
- Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a security clearance (not required to start).
Work Environment
This position requires onsite support at our headquarters in Grand Prairie, TX, with a flexible 4/10 schedule. The role allows for partial remote work but requires availability to come onsite as needed. The work environment includes working in a classified lab setting. Your contributions directly impact advanced missile, missile-defense, sensor, and precision-engagement technologies.

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Prairie, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $78.80 - $78.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
