Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

- Analyzes business issues and defines requirements to design and/or implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborates with team members and team leadership to help execute or lead technology projects in alignment with business units.
- Develops and implements automated system protocols that reduce manual processes, increasing overall operational efficiency and resiliency.
- Demonstrate strong industry knowledge in areas of Networking, Audio/Video Protocols, and familiarity with AI Automation tools.
- May create end-user documentation and deliver training to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
- May monitor project milestones, phases, and elements to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Familiarity with remote access software tools.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience: Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience.

This job is non-exempt in California.
