The Human Resources Department covers the full spectrum of HR disciplines. Through high-touch, impactful solutions, the team helps optimize organizational performance and fosters a workplace and culture that attracts, engages, and retains exceptional talent. EMEA Campus Recruiting is a key area of focus within the broader HR team, supporting the firm’s continued growth across the region.

What You'll Do
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for undergraduate and graduate candidates, from sourcing and interviewing through offer management and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs, build robust talent pipelines, and develop effective campus recruiting strategies.
• Develop and execute innovative university recruitment strategies across EMEA, including London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, Paris, and Switzerland.
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and summer internship programs.
• Plan and deliver on-campus and in-house recruiting events that strengthen Millennium’s university presence and candidate engagement.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and new hires, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Support the planning and management of the internship program across multiple phases of the candidate and intern lifecycle.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and candidates while identifying challenges and proposing practical solutions.

What You Bring
• Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and university hiring processes.
• Prior Campus or university recruiting experience; financial services experience is a plus.
• Ability to build trusted, collaborative partnerships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, develop innovative ideas, and drive effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong talent attraction and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
