About this role

Prioritizes products and features by evaluating business value, feasibility, and user needs, ensuring alignment with Oracle's goals and strategies. Engages customers, non-customers, partners and industry analysts to obtain market information and discover opportunities for products. Leads efforts to identify customer needs and market opportunities, guiding teams to develop solutions and validate them. Owns the product development and road mapping processes for multiple products/features, ensuring feature requirements and best practices are met while driving delivery excellence. Acts as an innovation leader within the organization to influence overall strategy and direction of products, driving new feature development. Ensures alignment through cross-functional collaboration, drives business impact across organizations, and oversees success metrics criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs) for multiple products/features. Advocates for customers, anticipates their needs, and prioritizes customer issues throughout the product lifecycle. Gathers extensive feedback and aligns product capabilities with customers' business goals. Performs go-to-market activities, recruits and supports early adopters, and tracks product adoption metrics to optimize adoption and user satisfaction.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
11 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field

OR

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 7 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field

OR

Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field.

Job Skills:
Same skills as prior level plus;
Product Management Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of product management, including collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and adapt product strategies.
Product Performance Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of product performance, including analyzing system metrics and dashboards to influence product direction.
Product Promotion Demonstrated success in promoting new product releases and features to maximize customer engagement and market impact.
Product Domain Knowledge Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of product domain expertise, including applying domain knowledge to deliver successful products and solutions.
Research Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of research, including gathering information, formulating questions, and interpreting results to address objectives.
Competitive Analysis Demonstrated skill in analyzing competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic positioning.
Client Relationship Management Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of client relationship management, including establishing and maintaining trusted client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Customer Success Management Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of customer success management, including understanding customer business needs and tailoring solutions for successful outcomes.
Customer Product Alignment Demonstrated success in aligning product features with customer requirements for maximum value delivery.

Preferred Job Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
12 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field

OR

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field

OR

Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field.

Job Skills:
Oracle Product Knowledge Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle products and the ability to educate customers on their effective use.
Agile Methodologies Demonstrated ability to use agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and product delivery.

Product Domain Experience:
4 years of experience in the relevant product domain (e.g., procurement, accounting, healthcare).
Agile Methods Experience:
2 years of experience in applying agile methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum framework) to manage projects.
Customer Interaction Experience:
3 years of experience in customer interaction.
Certification:
Product management or product domain related certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master Certification, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification, Project Management Professional Certification, American Production and Inventory Control Society [APICS] Certifications).
