About this role

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Lead Principal Product Manager to shape AI-powered analytics products, platforms, and tools for internal teams. You will partner with OCI leaders and engineering, operations, and planning teams to turn complex infrastructure data into trusted insights and better decisions.

The Central Data Analytics team builds the data foundation, reporting platforms, and self-service capabilities used across OCI’s Compute, Storage, Networking, and Data Center organizations. In this role, you will own product strategy and a prioritized roadmap that increase self-service adoption, strengthen trust in the data platform, and deliver business value through continuous iteration.

This is a senior individual contributor role. Success requires working closely with deeply technical subject matter experts, understanding the decisions OCI leaders need to make, and communicating clearly with both groups.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $119,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
