Team Sales Representative – Neurosurgical (NS)

Join a team focused on supporting healthcare professionals with advanced neurosurgical solutions used in operating rooms and clinical settings. In this role, you'll partner closely with lead Territory Sales Representatives to drive product adoption, provide customer support, and help ensure clinicians have the resources they need to use Stryker products effectively. This position offers a combination of field sales, clinical support, and customer relationship management across an assigned territory.

What You Will Do

- Support the execution of territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and business growth objectives.

- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating room and clinical environments.

- Present product features, benefits, and clinical applications to surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff.

- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers within assigned accounts.

- Track territory activity, customer interactions, and sales opportunities using approved sales tools and reporting processes.

- Provide technical product support and troubleshooting for customers during evaluations, procedures, and follow-up activities.

- Coordinate with the lead Territory Sales Representative to identify growth opportunities and support account development plans.

- Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of neurosurgical products.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR

- Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.

- Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in medical device, neurosurgical, surgical, healthcare, or procedural sales.

- Experience supporting surgical cases, product evaluations, or operating room procedures.

- Experience conducting product demonstrations, evaluations, or customer training in clinical environments.

- Experience selling capital equipment, medical technology, or clinically related products.

This role is 100% commission and is eligible for a draw, bonuses + benefits
