Position Summary
The Senior Quality Inspector role sits within Stryker's US Central Distribution Center, supporting reverse logistics. This individual contributor role is responsible for inspecting and dispositioning product returns coming through the center.
What You'll Do
- Perform formal review of product packaging and associated labelling to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
- Work from engineering drawings, prints and associated guidance documents to perform accurate checks and assessments of finished goods.
- Follow and explain detailed instructions and job-related procedures, including regulatory procedures and policies.
- Use electronic data entry systems and associated ERP platforms accurately and efficiently.
- Prioritise work effectively and efficiently across competing demands.
- Apply understanding and knowledge of Quality discipline procedures and concepts to daily tasks.
What You'll Need
- 1+ years in medical device or other regulated industry experience preferred.
- Prior experience with quality control and/or inspection.
- ERP systems experience (SAP) preferred.
- This is an individual contributor role requiring the use of professional judgement, with an expectation to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
