As retail continues to evolve and challenges become increasingly complex and cross functional, Nordstrom Finance is changing its way of working and AI is a big part of that. The Data Analytics, Insights & AI team is building the capabilities, reporting, and ways of working that move Finance from reactive requests to strategic insight. You'll join the Program Management pillar and lead that work across Finance, Product, and Engineering. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Program Management.

You will lead programs across Finance, Product, and Engineering and drive AI adoption in Finance workflows. You'll represent the team in cross-functional governance and influence partners to keep work on track.

**This role is Hybrid and requires you to be in office 4 days per week in downtown Seattle, WA.

A Day in the Life:

- Lead multi-team programs end-to-end, including the Looker migration and finance AI readiness and adoption.
- Drive adoption of AI agents, skills, and connectors across Finance by modeling the behavior, identifying quick wins, and building intrinsic motivation to change, and share best practices.
- Find AI and automation opportunities, especially across functions, and drive them from scoping through rollout with Finance, Product, and Engineering partners.
- Use AI tools in your own program work and ability to teach others how.
- Represent the team in 3-in-the-Box governance with Product and Engineering, including prioritization and escalation.
- Lead organization-level change management for new tools and AI-enabled processes.
- Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations, drive cross-functional alignment, and influence senior leaders on trade-offs and resourcing.
- Build alignment and influence partners across Finance, Product, and Engineering, and resolve conflicts and escalate blockers early.
- Set up and run program management practices in Confluence and Jira.
- Coach and mentor program managers and analysts, including on AI practices.

You Own This If You Have:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience is required. MBA, relevant master’s degree, or equivalent job experience a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, analytics, or related fields, including leading cross-functional programs.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, including AI agents, skills, and connectors; expert-level preferred.
- Track record of delivering AI or automation initiatives, especially across functions, or leading teams to adopt them.
- Proven change management experience at the organization level.
- Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
- Strong partner alignment and influence skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
- Strong program management organization skills, with experience in Confluence and Jira.
- Experience establishing governance or operating rhythms across multiple teams.
- Ability to read and interpret data in Excel and SQL.
- Financial literacy and experience partnering with Finance leaders.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing programs at once, making clear trade-offs as demands shift.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a record of mentoring others.
- Finance, data, or retail experience a plus.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. 
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$110,500.00 - $183,000.00 Annual
