Job Description

The Director, Treasury Onboarding & Client Experience leads the teams responsible for treasury client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service delivery across all markets. This role develops and executes strategies that ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience throughout the client lifecycle, from implementation through ongoing support. The Director partners closely with Treasury Sales, Product Management, Operations, Technology, and Market and Lines of Business Leadership to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, process improvement, risk management, and scalable growth while delivering exceptional service and support to treasury clients.

How You'll Spend Your Time

- You will lead and develop Treasury Onboarding and Client Services teams, building a culture focused on accountability and client success.

- You will set clear performance expectations and coach leaders to achieve strong business results.

- You will oversee the full treasury client lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing service support.

- You will ensure clients receive a seamless experience across all markets and service interactions.

- You will partner with sales, product, operations, technology, and business leaders to support growth and client outcomes.

- You will drive process improvements through standardization, workflow enhancements, and automation.

- You will track performance metrics and service standards to improve operational and client satisfaction results.

- You will maintain strong risk, compliance, and governance practices while ensuring effective operational controls.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field of study, and 12+ years of progressive experience in Treasury Management, Payments, Financial Services, Transaction Banking, or a related discipline, including significant experience leading client-facing operations, service delivery, onboarding, implementation, or support teams, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Expert knowledge of Treasury Management, Payments, and Commercial Banking products and services, including implementation, servicing, and client support models.

- Proven leadership and talent development skills with the ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations and functions.

- Strong strategic thinking, change management, and execution capabilities, with the ability to align client experience, operational priorities, and business objectives.

- Demonstrated success driving process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and client outcomes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to leverage data, metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making.

- Comprehensive understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational controls within a financial services environment.

- Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business lines, markets, and executive leadership teams.

- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to lead change, manage escalations, and deliver executive-level messaging.
