Position Overview:
Are you passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights? Do you excel at making data accessible and intuitive? Join our Multifamily Data Product Management team to revolutionize data access at Freddie Mac. As a Senior Product Owner, you'll bridge business needs with technology, driving the execution for our Snowflake-based data warehouse and AI-powered data insights.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate, and deliver on the Product execution for our data warehouse and AI-driven features.
- Manage the end-to-end strategy for data accessibility and consumption-ready products.
- Lead requirements gathering, ensuring alignment with business needs and data modernization goals.
- Refine product backlogs, prioritize features, and drive execution from concept to release.
- Enhance data products within Snowflake, focusing on user-friendly design and self-service analytics.
- Champion data AI-native experiences to accelerate insight delivery and shift data closer to business outcomes.
- Ensure data governance and controls execution on Data warehouse components.
- Collaborate on sprint planning and release execution, removing obstacles to delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Product delivery, with a focus on modern data warehousing, data delivery, data products, and analytical data enablement.
- Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience.
- Strong Product Delivery skills with a proven ability to manage and execute complex projects and deliver results.
- Strong experience with Snowflake or similar modern data warehouse concepts.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in data consumption and conversational analytics of data.
- Product experience with modern data platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $118,000 - $178,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
