SUMMARY: Rotation – 2nd Processing team members rotate through second processing positions as directed by management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Daily rotations throughout the department
- Ability to proficiently perform in the following position in rotation
1039 - Hanger
- 1065 - Meat Checker
- 1071 - Mixer
- 1124 - Trusser
- 1110 - Stack-Off
- 1091 – Packer Layer Leg
- 1092 – Packer Less than 10 LBS
- 1087 - Operator Scale
- 1046 - Jack Driver
- 1079 - Operator CVP
- 1103 - Re-Hang
- Other duties as assigned by management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Required
Ability to be proficient in all jobs included in the rotation
- Previous experience in poultry processing
