What role you will play in our team

The Full Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications and integrations that support product development and innovation across the lubricants, fuels, and chemicals businesses. This role requires a highly autonomous engineer with strong full stack development expertise, capable of driving technical excellence, improving system architecture, mentoring team members, and contributing to the modernization of complex business-critical platforms. The position works closely with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

What you will do

- Develop, maintain, and enhance full stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

- Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs, system integrations, and enterprise application connectivity.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

- Refactor and modernize legacy applications to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability.

- Perform code reviews and promote best practices in software engineering and development standards.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, integration, and data-related issues.

- Contribute to software quality through testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and foster knowledge sharing across the team.

- Drive technical discussions and influence architectural and technology decisions.

- Support operational excellence through performance optimization, monitoring, and reliability improvements.

About you

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience in full stack software development with React, Angular and .Net.

- Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications

- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems and complex integration ecosystems.

- Experience supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Portfolio Management, or similar business-critical systems.

- Experience working in modernization or digital transformation initiatives within low-standardization environments.

- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

- Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, energy, lubricants, fuels, or related industries is a plus.

- Experience with Data Engineering and Analytics platforms.

- Knowledge of cloud-native application development and Azure services.

- Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices.

- Experience with Databricks and Snowflake.

- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development tools.
