YOUR ROLE

- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of data and analytics solutions on SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere.

- Design and develop data models, analytical views, and governed data products with defined business semantics, ownership, quality standards, and usage documentation.

- Own the integration of SAP (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA) and non-SAP data sources, delivering end-to-end data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, harmonization, and provisioning.

- Drive SAP BW/BW/4HANA to SAP Datasphere migration workstreams, covering assessment, target design, implementation, testing, and transition to operations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable data and analytics solutions.

- Define and implement governance, security, and authorization frameworks across the data platform.

- Ensure solution documentation, knowledge transfer, and analytical readiness for reporting, analytics, and data product consumption.

- Strong end-to-end understanding of enterprise data and analytics solutions, from business requirements through implementation and operations.

- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable data models, integration flows, and analytical solutions.

- Experience optimizing processes, driving improvements, and providing architectural guidance within complex environments.

- Ability to make operational and functional decisions with cross-functional and multinational impact.

- Expertise in data governance, security, authorization management, documentation, and sustainable solution ownership.

YOUR PROFILE

- Strong experience with SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere.

- Experience with SAP Datasphere data modelling and SAP/non-SAP integrations.

- Experience with end-to-end data pipelines and SAP BW/BW/4HANA migrations.

- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and authorization concepts.

- Experience designing scalable and high-performance data architectures.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills.

- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Experience mentoring colleagues and leading knowledge-transfer initiatives.
