Location: Worcester, MA - "Everyday Miracles" Peer Recovery Program
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

The Recovery Coach is responsible for:
- Providing personalized, strengths-based peer support to individuals in recovery, serving as a mentor, confidant, and guide
- Involvings one-on-one engagement, offering support both in the center and within the community, helping members navigate their recovery pathways and achieve their personal goals
- Conducting recovery planning sessions, maintains informal records, and revisits progress with participants to ensure ongoing goal achievement
- Being integral in building a supportive, empowering environment for individuals on their recovery journey
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years of uninterrupted recovery required three to five years of uninterrupted recovery preferred.
- Completion of Recovery Coach Academy and Recovery coach certification required within the first 12 months of employment.
- Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medically necessary clinical services.
- Strong skills in the areas of communication, follow through, collaboration, and customer service.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in contemporary Windows operating systems and Windows office suites with an emphasis on Word and Excel; ability to learn new systems; experience entering and working with data; and comfort and experience using mobile technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- High energy level, flexibility, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a multidisciplinary team atmosphere while also working independently.
- Must have a valid drivers license. Must have access to a safe, operational, and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport Members.
