The Visual Document Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Visual team, helping ensure the accurate execution of floorsets, visual merchandising communications, and store presentation standards. This role is responsible for maintaining documentation, supporting seasonal floorset tools, managing product and visual merchandising data, and ensuring accuracy across visual merchandising systems and communications. The Visual Coordinator works closely with cross-functional partners to support the day-to-day execution of visual merchandising processes while maintaining a high level of organization, detail, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure to visual merchandising operations and the processes that support store execution across the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. brands.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Create and maintain store communications related to floorset execution, store layouts, displays, marketing initiatives, and promotional activity.
- Assist with the preparation, formatting, review, and distribution of Seasonal Floorset Tools and other visual merchandising documentation.
- Maintain and update Visual Brand Standards communications to support consistent execution in stores.
- Develop a working knowledge of the Visual Merchandising System (VMS), including merchandise placement, fixture mapping, reporting, and forms.
- Manage form-based documentation and ensure information is accurate, organized, and complete.
- Pull assortments and maintain product information within VMS, PLM, and other merchandising systems.
- Review data, images, and product information to ensure accuracy across visual merchandising tools and communications.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint to support visual merchandising presentations, documents, and store communications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, update, and distribute information needed for visual merchandising execution.
- Support ongoing process improvements and assist with daily operational needs of the Visual team.
- Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
What Do You Need To Bring?
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for the A&F Co. Brands
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to be flexible to changing demands and respond to feedback
- A strong desire for adventure & curiosity
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment
- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brands
