Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: $50,000 l West Houston Area

We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Care Manager to lead our caregivers, support clients and families, and ensure exceptional care is delivered every day.
This is a leadership role — not just a scheduling position.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Care Team
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain caregivers
- Set clear expectations and promote accountability
- Build a positive, supportive team culture
Manage Client Care
- Support new client onboarding
- Communicate with clients and families
- Address concerns quickly and professionally
- Help ensure consistent, high-quality care
Own Scheduling
- Manage caregiver schedules and coverage
- Handle call-offs and last-minute changes
- Match caregivers to clients based on needs and compatibility
Lead From the Front
- Step in with companionship or ADL support when needed
- Do whatever it takes to help ensure uninterrupted care
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Problem-solver who takes ownership
- Healthcare or senior-care experience preferred, not required
- English/Spanish bilingual a plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Valid driver’s license + insured vehicle
- Ability to pass background and registry checks
Schedule & Compensation
$50,000 starting salary + bonus
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating evening/weekend on-call West Houston office + local travel
