We are seeking an experienced legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment and enjoys supporting attorneys across multiple practice areas. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support.

What You'll Do

- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to attorneys.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and edit legal correspondence and other legal documents.
- Manage complex attorney calendars, meetings, and scheduling requests.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Assist with attorney billing, time entry, and related administrative tasks.
- Handle high volumes of emails, calls, and requests while managing competing priorities.
- Prepare presentations and client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals across multiple practice groups.
- Support process improvement initiatives and leverage technology to improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of legal secretarial, legal administrative assistant, or related experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong experience supporting multiple attorneys.
- Experience with billing and time-entry processes.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.

Pay Transparency

- Subject to eligibility requirements, the Firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus opportunities, medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, time off and leave programs, and wellness benefits. Benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and Firm policies.
- The US base compensation for this position is expected to be $98,000 to $105,000 (annually) if located in an office in the state of Washington. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
