About the team: The Sr Supply Chain Coordinator is r esponsible for daily operations of receiving/shipping team, preparation, and execution of all required documentation for production delivery and/or incoming goods to 3PL Warehouse, efficient and undisturbed collaboration with internal/external warehouse , suppliers, and internal/external customers.
What you can look forward to as a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator :
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations with 3PL warehouses and cross-functional teams.
- Support daily receiving and shipping activities while ensuring alignment with company priorities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, warehouse procedures, and 5S requirements.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, returns, and damaged goods documentation.
- Communicate operational issues, personnel concerns, and daily shift results to supervisors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate material sequencing, JIT deliveries, and urgent transportation requirements with suppliers and production.
- Support production, quality, logistics, and internal customers to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
- Manage material flow by routing goods to the correct locations and ensuring compliance with company and IATF 16949 requirements.
Your profile as Sr Supply Chain Coordinator ?
- 2-4 + years of related Experience, minimum of 2 years as Sr. Supply Chain Clerk in respective area.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- In-depth knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within supply chain management.
- Basic knowledge of transportation/freight management processes and procedures.
- Associates Degree (nice to have)
- 2 years of experience with SAP Is a MUST.
- Basic knowledge of FTZ (Foreign Trade Zones) processes and standards.
- Forklift license Nice to Have.
