Job Summary:

Restaurant Support helps keep food and beverage operations running smoothly by supporting daily outlet needs, maintaining cleanliness and organization, assisting team members during busy periods, and helping deliver a positive guest experience. This role supports service, stocking, setup, breakdown, and general operational standards across the restaurant.

Job Specifications:

- Starting Wage: $20.0/hr

- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

- Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

- Minimum Age: At least 15 years of age

- Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities:

- Support front- and back-of-house operations as needed during service

- Restock supplies, food items, condiments, utensils, and service stations

- Assist with opening and closing duties – Running POS system when needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining, service, storage, and work areas

- Support team members with bussing, running food, dish support, or basic prep tasks as assigned

- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

- Help maintain smooth guest flow during busy periods

- Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates about operational needs

- Assist with receiving, organizing, and putting away deliveries when needed

- Support consistent service standards and a positive team environment

Job Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Willingness to take direction and shift between tasks as needed

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies or product as required

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

The expected pay range is $20.0/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
