What you will do

As a Training Administrator you will contribute to the planning and implementation of learning and development efforts for the training & development team nationally. You will be responsible for the administrative activities and planning of various training initiatives that help the company grow and achieve its strategic objectives. With your strong sense of customer service and people focused attitude you will contribute significantly to the planning and execution of training initiatives. o

Role Responsibilities:

Training Coordination

• Support the evaluation for existing programs for ROI and opportunities for improvement
• Manage the logistics, invitations and vendors for various training programs
• Maintain relationships with vendors and evaluate their performance through participant evaluations
• Manage External Training Requests and registrations
• Get creative and participate in business special projects

Training & Office Administration

• Act as the first point of contact for the Learning & Development Team
• Manage the training inbox by responding to requests, providing information, and triaging questions to the appropriate person
• Oversee the invoicing process for training related requests

Learning Management System Administration

• Create training sessions and track attendance
• Update and maintain training library and resources
• Create and track reports
• Create Learner assignments

This role could be for you if you have

• 2 to 5 years of experience in the administration field, training and development or HR administration
• A degree in training, administration, career management or a combination of education and industry experience is considered an asset;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn new software and concepts quickly
• Knowledge and use of learning management systems (Cornerstone is considered an asset);
• Champion a learner mindset in testing and adopting new AI technologies.
• Proven organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain excellent rapport with team and trade partners
