Docked adjacent to Sparkman Wharf, Craft features an open-concept kitchen, handcrafted cocktails, and chef-driven cuisine served against the backdrop of Tampa's beautiful waterways. Craft is looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Bartender who takes pride in their Craft. If you enjoy creating great cocktails, connecting with guests, and delivering elevated service in a unique environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and serve Craft cocktails, premium spirits, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Deliver polished, attentive, and personable guest service
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation with every drink
- Make knowledgeable recommendations and enhance the overall dining experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Accurately process orders and payments
- Follow responsible alcohol service and safety standards
- Work closely with the service team to provide seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For

- Previous bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume environment
- Strong cocktail, spirits, beer, and wine knowledge
- Excellent hospitality and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
