About the Role
House-Hasson Hardware is looking for dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to support the daily operations of our distribution center. In this hands-on role, you may work in Receiving, Order, Inventory Control, Loading Dock, or another warehouse department based on business needs.
You will help receive, store, select, pack, load, and ship products accurately while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training on warehouse equipment and processes.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming merchandise.
- Pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and other material-handling equipment after completing required training.
- Verify product quantities, storage locations, and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with cycle counts and other inventory control activities.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Assist in different warehouse departments as business needs change.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is preferred, but not required.
- Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 85 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally handle heavier items with assistance or equipment.
- Ability to work safely in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
