As a Field Sales & Marketing Representative , you'll hit the road, build real relationships with dealers, and get hands-on exposure to every corner of our business — from merchandising and product launches to vendor partnerships and territory sales strategy. What You'll Do

- Become a product expert — learn House-Hasson's full lineup of products, programs, and services inside and out

- Partner with experienced sales reps to grow dealer accounts and uncover new sales opportunities

- Hit the road and visit dealer locations to bring merchandising, displays, and promotions to life

- Run product demos and training sessions that get dealers and their teams excited about what we sell

- Build genuine, lasting relationships with dealers and become a trusted resource for their business

- Play a key role in new product launches — from features and benefits to what makes them sell

- Lead merchandising resets and in-store initiatives alongside our internal teams

- Get in the mix at dealer events, House-Hasson Markets, vendor showcases, and sales meetings

- Work directly with vendor reps to sharpen your product knowledge and sales approach

- Be the voice of the dealer — gather feedback on products, pricing, and market trends and share it with the right teams

- Track and report on your visits, wins, and opportunities to keep momentum going

- Collaborate across Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver for dealers

- Travel your territory (and to House-Hasson locations) as needed — no two days look the same

- Jump into special projects and new challenges as they come up

Qualifications

What You Bring

- A people-first mindset with strong interpersonal and customer-service instincts

- Genuine interest in sales, hardware, tools, home improvement, or wholesale distribution

- Curiosity and drive to become a true product expert

- Confidence presenting and communicating with individuals and small groups

- Self-motivation, strong organization, and solid time-management skills

- Ability to thrive independently while still being a great teammate

- A problem-solver's mindset and a willingness to take initiative

- Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly pick up new CRM and business software

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience welcome!)

- Background in retail, customer service, sales, hardware, home improvement, or merchandising is a plus — but not required

- Willingness to travel regularly with a valid driver's license

- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. at times
