The Role

The Interior Designer leads interior design scopes within multidisciplinary projects and manages interior-focused projects from concept through completion. Working closely with architects, consultants, clients, and contractors, this role helps translate ideas and client goals into thoughtful, functional, and buildable spaces.

Key responsibilities include:

- Programming, space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E
- Developing client presentations, interior drawings, details, and specifications
- Coordinating interiors with architectural and engineering systems
- Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Supporting construction administration and mentoring less experienced designers

What We're Looking For

- 4–9 years of professional interior design experience

- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- NCIDQ or other relevant certification preferred

The ideal candidate takes initiative, enjoys creative autonomy, stays curious, invests in the success of the team, and takes their craft seriously—but themselves, not so much.
