As a Lead Project Manager, eCOA Neurosciences, you will provide both project leadership and people management, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across a portfolio of studies. Working closely with sponsors, sites, cross-functional teams, and project staff, you will drive operational excellence, mentor project management professionals, and build strong customer relationships while supporting the successful execution of complex neuroscience clinical research programs.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and develop Project Management team members through coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and career development activities.
- Ensure appropriate onboarding, training, and documentation requirements are completed and maintained for assigned staff.
- Conduct reviews of system configurations, study setups, and project documentation to ensure quality standards and operational requirements are met.
- Lead routine status meetings to monitor team workload, project performance, resource allocation, and forecasting activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and support team development through continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Independently lead study planning, startup, monitoring, execution, and closeout activities for neuroscience eCOA programs and studies.
- Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional operational teams.
- Develop, maintain, and oversee study documentation, reports, study records, and project deliverables.
- Manage study timelines, budgets, revenue forecasts, scope changes, invoice reconciliation activities, and financial performance.
- Establish and maintain strong sponsor relationships through proactive communication and effective expectation management.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure successful study outcomes.
- Lead internal and external negotiations while fostering collaboration, accountability, and effective resource utilization.
- Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
- Track, monitor, and communicate project status, deliverables, risks, and financial performance to stakeholders.
- Present study services at investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, customer governance meetings, and operational reviews.
- Support business development initiatives by presenting operational capabilities, data workflows, and service offerings to prospective and existing customers.
- Drive operational readiness for new product initiatives and ensure successful implementation within the Neurosciences line of business.
- Support process standardization and consistency across studies, programs, therapeutic areas, and customer portfolios.
- Contribute to departmental strategy, operational objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- 5 to 10 years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, eClinical technology, or related industries, with a strong emphasis on project management.
- Strong understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial lifecycle.
- Experience leading customer-facing projects, programs, or portfolios within an eCOA, eClinical, clinical technology, or CRO environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop project management professionals.
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, scope management, and revenue tracking.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex study portfolios simultaneously.
- Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 20% as business needs require.
